The fundamental distinction within FLAMA is Freight Forwarding and Outsourcing. These sections are organised within themselves like:

-Operation leader&operation assistant
-Sales leader&sales assistant

. Outsourcing:
For each oursorcing customer:
-Main responsible & operation assistant.
Each FLAMA member can take different roles in different teams at the same time.
