ORGANIZATION OF OUTSOURCING IN FLAMA

For every outsourcing project within Flama:
-One Project Leader(Principal Competent):
Flama competent who is in contact with the firm management and is
responsible for the success of the entire process.
-One Operation Assistant: Person who undertakes the operational
responsibilities by working with the project leader.
-Besides, the other members of Flama, even they do not take place
in the considered outsourcing team, work in fulfilling the foreign
trade processes that goes in their own expertise subjects.
