TO START OUTSOURCING

It is impossible to standardize outsourcing processes and to implement
the same system to every firm so starting from the agreement date
Flama makes an adaptation/recognition process in the firms for a
2-3 week time schedule.
During this period, Flama members work within the firms and at the
end of this period they start to implement the processes step by
step as the way managers of the firms approved.
No charge is demanded from the firms for the considered adoptation/acknowledgement
processes.

COSTS OF OUTSOURCING

It is not possible to form a standard price scale
because of the difference in the systems implemented to every firm.
But in the formation of the costs of outsourcing:
.intensity of foreign trade processes.
.convenience in coordination with other units within the firm.
.time needed per process
come to the fore.
